This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through this shop. The applicable return and refund conditions depend on the type of product or service purchased. Please read the relevant section carefully before completing your order.
Print on Demand Posters
Posters are produced using a Print on Demand process and are made to order.
- Because these items are custom-made, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
- Returns and refunds are therefore not accepted for Print on Demand posters.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a poster arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date, or, in case of non-delivery, within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. In such cases, a replacement will be provided.
CD Orders
CDs are physical, non-custom products and are subject to EU consumer protection laws.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the CD, without providing a reason.
Conditions:
- The CD must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within the 14-day period.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective CDs
If a CD arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. A replacement CD will be sent at no additional cost.
Digital Products & Online Video Sessions
Online video sessions are digital services delivered on a specific date and time.
Under EU consumer law, a 14-day right of withdrawal normally applies to digital services.
However, this right does not apply once the service is provided on a specific date or once the execution of the service has begun with the customer’s consent.
By booking an online video session, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the service is provided on a specific date or begins immediately, and
- the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Online video sessions are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of days, depending on the payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
- Print on Demand posters are not eligible for exchange.
- CDs are only exchanged in cases of damage or defects and will be replaced with the same item.
Return Requests
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.
