It happened again. The intention to make a lot of music after the documentary release was there. But then I got an idea for something else I had to follow through on.
I tend to go into hyperfocus mode when that happens, and it did again now. It’s a really exciting idea, which I’ll share more about once the full concept is clear. ✨
That doesn’t mean I didn’t do anything else. I hoped that focus would be on music, but that didn’t happen, unfortunately. That’s a funny thing about life. Having the time and space for something doesn’t mean the focus or inspiration will show up for the thing you want.
Still, I did work on music. I wrote some fragments for song ideas. I also submitted the documentary to a couple of film festivals (for which I won’t hear anything back until August), and prepared the website for the re-release of the documentary. 🎬
Which will happen next week!
Autism Week (Saturday, 28th of March until the 4th of April) feels like the perfect moment to share the documentary with a wider audience. That’s also why I created the teaser above.
I also will continue looking for collaborations with autism organizations or other organizations for which this documentary could be valuable for. So more updates on the documentary will follow!
Now I’ll go back into hyperfocus on this new idea and, hopefully, also find my way back to music again. 😊
